Multi-disciplinary Capabilities:

• Civil Design – foundations, roadworks, soil investigations, topographical surveys, and steel structures using Finite Element Analysis tools.
• Mechanical & Process Design – storage tanks (API 650/620), pressure vessels (ASME VIII), firefighting systems (NFPA), P&IDs, plant layouts, process philosophy, piping layouts, and stress analysis.
• Electrical Design – MV/LV systems, lighting, power distribution, hazardous area classification, earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, load studies, and motor starting studies.
• Instrumentation & Control – instrumentation specifications, fire detection & alarm systems, control architectures, cause-effect matrices, ESD systems, metering, tank gauging, inventory management, and loop/hookup diagrams.

Based in Dubai, our procurement division manages the complete cycle of sourcing and logistics. Activities include supplier selection, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, approvals, purchase orders, inspections, expediting, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery to site according to project timelines.

A dedicated Procurement Manager oversees all functions, supported by teams of purchasing engineers, document controllers, quality inspectors, expediting supervisors, vendor inspectors, transport specialists, and warehouse personnel.

All fabrication work is carried out at Modern Material Company Heavy Industries facilities in Iran or directly at project sites using advanced machinery.

Production is guided by detailed engineering drawings, supervised by experienced production managers and foremen. Prefabrication reduces site modifications, optimizing efficiency and reducing idle time during construction.

Depending on project scope, a Project Manager or Construction Manager is assigned to lead onsite operations under the direction of our Projects Coordinator in Beirut.

Each site team consists of field engineers, supervisors, and skilled personnel who manage project execution, coordinate with head offices, and report on progress, technical issues, and financial matters.

Both fabrication facilities and project sites operate under strict inspection and testing protocols. Our QA teams apply the latest technologies and methods at critical hold points to ensure quality and safety.
